Nice brazilian charmat method sparkling wine, almost orange in color, nose and mouth! Sweet bread in nose and creamy in mouth, interesting and different, made from 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot grapes. This comes from a different region from the one most known outside Brazil, it is called Serra Catarinense and in fact is the other side from the Serra Gaúcha (the one that is most known) hills, located in the city called São Joaquim, 1300 masl.

This winery, Pericó, in 2009 made a icewine, the first one in Brazil, putting it together to the icewine producing countries: Canada, Germany, Italia (north) and Austria.
